About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of centre operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while achieving business performance goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of educators to achieve excellence
• Driving a positive, high-performing, and collaborative centre culture
• Managing daily centre operations in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
• Implementing strategies to grow occupancy and strengthen centre reputation
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
• Working towards achieving and maintaining Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Managing budgets, compliance, workforce planning, and centre performance

About You

You are a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for children and developing high-performing teams.

You will bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Proven success in a Centre Manager leadership role
• Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capability
• Demonstrated experience achieving occupancy, compliance, and quality targets
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and continuous improvement
