As Centre Manager, you will be empowered to lead every aspect of centre operations while creating an engaging environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate early childhood professionals
• Drive a positive and high-performing culture focused on excellence
• Manage daily centre operations, ensuring compliance and operational success
• Build meaningful relationships with families and the local community
• Develop and implement strategies to grow centre occupancy
• Guide and mentor your team to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards
• Oversee financial performance, workforce planning, and centre sustainability
• Champion child safety, wellbeing, and educational excellence

You are an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about making a genuine difference.

You'll bring:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong commercial acumen with experience achieving occupancy and financial targets
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent knowledge of compliance, child safety, and National Quality Standards
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
