Casual Food & Beverage Team Member

Mount Lawley Golf Club is on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Team Member to join our Front of House team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy hospitality environment, and love being part of a great team, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

You’ll be involved in all areas of front of house service, including bar and food service, looking after our members and their guests, and helping set up and run events, and golf days. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll work closely with a supportive team to deliver welcoming, efficient service in a club atmosphere.

You will be a key part of our daily hospitality operations, working across multiple service areas within the club. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service in the bar and clubhouse areas

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with RSA requirements

• Taking food and beverage orders and processing POS transactions accurately

• Assisting with the setup, service, and pack-down of events, and golf days, including room layouts and table settings

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented front of house environment

• Delivering consistent, high-quality service to club members and their guests

• Supporting the wider hospitality team during busy service periods

• Following club policies, service standards, and workplace health and safety procedures

This role offers a variety of shifts across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to work in both casual dining and event-based service.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RSA (essential)

• Minimum 2-year experience working in a fast-paced bar, club, or hospitality environment

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (days, nights, and weekends)

• Strong team player with a positive attitude

• Able to assist with function and event setup

• Passionate about customer service
