Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals
Deliver evidence-based OT interventions, including therapeutic strategies, assistive technology, and environmental modifications
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centred care across service transitions
For experienced clinicians: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior OTs and Allied Health Assistants
For early-career clinicians: Engage in structured supervision, ongoing development, and supported learning programmes.
Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to innovative practice
Maintain accurate documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards
A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
Junior applicants: Eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
Experienced applicants: Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience and demonstrated expertise across physical, cognitive, or psychosocial domains
Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships
A proactive, reflective approach to professional development
A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives and contributing to a strong team culture
Interest in supervision, leadership, and service improvement (for senior roles)
