• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions, including therapeutic strategies, assistive technology, and environmental modifications

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, person-centred care across service transitions

• For experienced clinicians: Provide supervision and mentorship to junior OTs and Allied Health Assistants

• For early-career clinicians: Engage in structured supervision, ongoing development, and supported learning programmes.

• Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to innovative practice

• Maintain accurate documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA

• Junior applicants: Eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice

• Experienced applicants: Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience and demonstrated expertise across physical, cognitive, or psychosocial domains

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships

• A proactive, reflective approach to professional development

• A genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives and contributing to a strong team culture

• Interest in supervision, leadership, and service improvement (for senior roles)
