With over 25 years' experience in the construction and insurance industries, we are a well-established painting and plastering company servicing domestic builders, insurance builders, and private clients throughout Melbourne.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team on a 12–18 month maternity leave contract.

Reporting to our Senior Coordinator, you'll coordinate projects, liaise with clients and trades, manage job documentation, and keep projects running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is organised, efficient, and uses initiative. You'll need to work well independently and as part of a team, as you'll be the sole administrator on Fridays.

Full training will be provided in our office before transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days working from home each week.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in project coordination, office administration, or a similar role.

• Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.

• A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to use your initiative.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Confidence following systems and solving problems.

• Experience in the building, construction, or insurance industry (highly desirable).

• Experience using Simpro or similar software (highly desirable).
