Rostering/Allocations Administrator

Altaira is currently seeking a Rostering & Allocations Administrator to join our team, working Monday to Friday from 4:30am to 12:30pm (38 hours per week).

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and allocating shifts for nursing, allied health, and hospitality staff across Altaira’s aged care, acute care, and community client services. You will also provide administrative support, including follow-up communications and accurate data entry.

This position is based in Campbelltown and offers free on-site parking, with easy access to cafés, shops, and public transport. You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team environment where collaboration and professional growth are encouraged.

Essential qualities required are:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Professional, polite and friendly phone manner

• Good written and spoken English

• Able to handle a busy phone system efficiently

• Efficient time management skills

• Able to think on your feet and problem solve 

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Process driven

• Work well under pressure and within strict time frames

Desirable experience:

• A background in a call centre or office environment
