About the Role

You'll play an important role in helping Stein's Electrical continue to grow by generating new business and strengthening relationships with our customers.Your responsibilities will include:

• Door knocking within targeted suburbs
• Distributing door hangers and promotional material
• Making outbound cold calls
• Following up customers after work has been completed
• Asking satisfied customers for Google reviews
• Requesting referrals from happy customers
• Building strong relationships with homeowners and businesses
• Representing the Stein's Electrical brand professionally at all times

Every day is different. You'll spend time meeting new people, developing your confidence and continuously improving your sales skills through ongoing coaching.

Career Progression

This isn't a dead-end sales role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career. As Stein's Electrical continues to grow, so will your opportunities. Our goal is to develop the successful applicant into our future Sales Manager within approximately five years. That role has the potential to earn $130,000+ per year, with even greater opportunities available as the business continues to expand. Location

Applicants living in the Liverpool or Bankstown areas are encouraged to apply. The role involves prospecting throughout Sydney, particularly the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Inner West.

• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong communication skills
• A willingness to learn and accept coaching
