Motor Claims Team Leader You'll lead and develop a team of Motor Claims Consultants, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding claims from first notification through to resolution. Each day brings new challenges, but your core purpose remains constant - ensure your team leaves every customer better off than when they first called.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of Motor Claims Consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day
• Coaching your team through the tough calls and celebrating the wins
• Owning your team's performance, tracking KPIs, identifying gaps and driving outcomes
• Working closely with other leaders and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly

• Setting the tone for culture, accountability and high performance in a brand new Adelaide operation

Important information (please read before applying)

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme
• Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our new Adelaide office with great end-of-journey facilities
• Start Date: October 2026
• Working Hours: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus a maximum of one Saturday every 2 to 3 weeks
