Property Videographer + Video Editor

About the Role

Champions in Real Estate is looking for a talented and experienced Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who understands the power of great visual storytelling and knows how to turn property footage into content that captures attention and drives engagement. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, with a strong focus on property showcase videos for YouTube, while also supporting our photography, social media and broader digital marketing activities. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you will bring creative ideas to life and ensure every piece of content reflects the Champions brand - distinctive, polished and designed to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw property footage into polished, engaging videos for YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Create compelling, story-driven property videos that showcase homes, lifestyles and the real estate experience.
• Apply strong editorial judgement to footage, creating logical sequencing, smooth pacing and consistent continuity.
• Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, transitions, colour grading and other post-production techniques to enhance the final product.
• Edit and retouch property photography for listings, marketing campaigns, social media and other promotional materials.
• Produce supporting video and photographic content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Interpret creative briefs and deliver content that is aligned with the Champions brand, campaign objectives and required specifications.
• Manage a high volume of content and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
• Work closely with the marketing, content and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver content on schedule.
• Stay up to date with emerging editing technology, social media trends and content best practice.

About You

• A minimum of 7 years' professional experience in video editing and content production, supported by a strong portfolio in property/real estate.
• A degree in Audiovisual Communication, Film, Media Production or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or equivalent photo-editing software.
• Proven experience creating and delivering content for YouTube and social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, continuity and visual presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a sharp creative eye.
• The confidence to make editorial decisions and take ownership of projects from raw footage through to final delivery.
• The ability to understand a brief, take direction and work collaboratively with a wider team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
