Corporate General Manager

PT Automation Solutions Pty Ltd is a leading Australian engineering and automation company specialising in industrial automation, electrical engineering, process control systems, manufacturing solutions, research and development, and engineering consultancy services. The company services clients across a range of industrial sectors and manages complex engineering projects throughout Australia.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate General Manager to provide executive leadership across the organisation and drive strategic growth, operational excellence, innovation, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Corporate General Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing the organisation's strategic direction, policies, objectives and performance standards.
• Providing overall leadership and day-to-day management of company operations to achieve business objectives and maximise organisational performance.
• Directing and coordinating senior managers across engineering, operations, finance, sales, business development, human resources and administration.
• Leading organisational growth initiatives, innovation programs and continuous improvement activities.
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators and business performance measures.
• Preparing and reviewing strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and management reports for presentation to the Board and senior leadership team.
• Representing the organisation in commercial negotiations, industry forums, client meetings, conferences and stakeholder engagements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, government agencies and industry partners.

Selection Criteria
• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years' senior executive or general management experience
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing, automation, industrial services or related sectors will be highly regarded.
