ADC Construction Pty Ltd require a Project Administrator in Perth, WA on a full time basis. Duties will include: Coordinate and administer ADC Construction projects by maintaining project schedules, documentation, action registers, progress reports and key project milestones.

Monitor project costs, labour, plant, subcontractor and supplier activities against approved budgets, programs and contractual requirements, and report any issues or delays to Project Managers. Prepare, review and maintain project documentation including scopes of work, variations, progress claims, timesheets, contracts, procurement records, risk registers and quality documentation. Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve project issues, coordinate resources and ensure project objectives and contractual requirements are achieved.

Collect and analyse project data and prepare reports for management covering project progress, costs, risks, variations, resource requirements and overall project outcomes. Salary will be between $45 and $55 per hour plus statutory superannuation. Must have at least 3 years experience in position.
