Junior Property Manager

The role

Silverhall Property Management is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with Property Management or Real Estate experience who is looking to build their career in a supportive and professional environment. You'll manage a residential property portfolio, build strong relationships with tenants, and provide outstanding customer service while working alongside an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a residential property portfolio

• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships

• Assist with leasing and open homes

• Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation

• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication

• Manage maintenance requests and general tenant enquiries

About You:

• Has Property Management or Real Estate experience

• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Has strong communication and customer service skills

• Works well independently and within a team

• Has the ability to work autonomously and manage their own workload

• Takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Is professional, reliable and accountable

• Enjoys building positive relationships with clients and tenants

Essential Requirements:

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Ability to travel throughout Newcastle, Central Coast and Sydney

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good computer skills

• Eligibility to work in Australia

• Availability to work Saturdays, with a replacement day / times off provided during the week
