Lead Victoria’s Secret Beauty in Perth

Victoria’s Secret is looking for experienced and commercially driven Store Managers to lead our Victoria’s Secret Beauty stores at DFO Perth and Westfield Carousel.

This is an exciting opportunity for established retail leaders who are passionate about beauty, fragrance, customer experience and developing high-performing teams.

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of your store’s people, performance, customer experience and day-to-day operations, bringing the Victoria’s Secret brand to life every day.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for the overall performance of your Victoria’s Secret Beauty store, leading from the shop floor and creating an energetic, customer-focused and commercially successful environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving store sales, KPIs and overall commercial performance

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team

• Delivering an exceptional and engaging beauty customer experience

• Creating a strong selling culture through product knowledge, coaching and customer connection

• Managing rostering, labour productivity and workforce planning

• Recruiting, onboarding, training and retaining great talent

• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and global brand standards

• Managing stock, inventory, loss prevention and operational compliance

• Using store performance data to identify opportunities and drive measurable results

• Building a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture

• Leading the store through peak trading periods, promotions and key brand events

• Partnering with State, Brand and Support Office teams

What You Will Bring

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can combine strong people leadership with commercial performance.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Current or recent Store Manager experience

• Experience within beauty, fragrance, fashion, premium or customer-led specialty retail

• A proven ability to drive sales and retail KPIs

• Strong coaching and team-development capability

• Confidence managing performance and setting clear expectations

• Strong operational, stock-management and loss-prevention skills

• Experience managing rosters, labour and retail productivity

• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the shop floor

• A genuine passion for customer experience, beauty and the Victoria’s Secret brand

• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and peak periods
