Learning Officer

We’re looking for an organised and motivated Learning Operations Officer to join our team, someone who can provide high-quality administrative support, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

As a Learning Operations Officer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of learning across Suncorp. You’ll coordinate learning, provide system and administrative support, respond to enquiries, maintain accurate records, and work closely with our Learning and People teams to deliver a seamless experience for our employees.

What you’ll do:

· Provide reliable administrative and operational support across learning programs and activities

· Coordinate learning logistics including bookings, materials, communications, travel, catering, payments and other delivery requirements

· Manage learning enquiries and provide timely, helpful support to employees and stakeholders

· Complete administration within learning systems

· Maintain accurate learner information, records, documentation, and other learning data

· Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service

· Work collaboratively with key stakeholders in within the team and across Suncorp

· Contribute ideas to improve processes, simplify ways of working, and enhance the learning experience

What you’ll bring:

· Experience in an administrative, operations, customer service, or shared services environment

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work

· Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

· Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

· A strong customer service mindset and a practical approach to resolving enquiries

· Ability to build positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders

· Confidence working with systems and a willingness to learn new technology and processes

· A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
