The Role

I allocate the right product and quantities, to the right channels at the right time to deliver healthy sales and forward weeks cover.  

I work with Retail and VM to problem solve and execute actions that drive sales by store and category.  

I work with our Merch and DC team to prioritise inbound and outbound stock flow.  

I maintain and adjust store templates and grades, seeking data insights and guidance from Planning and my Merch Analyst.

I utilise the system effectively to maintain the VM matrix, markdown and promotional activity and the online stock pool to deliver the Brand plan.

I provide a high-level of administrative support and share insights to my wider Merch function and stakeholders to positively impact our customer experience.  

I support all Work Schedule activity and take relevant action with the support from my Merch team.  

I complete site visits and connect with stores digitally to inspect inventory health and identify opportunities to optimize inventory.
