Sales & Customer Support

About the role

The Sales & Customer Support role provides essential operational, administrative, and customer service assistance to the Key Account & Customer Service Manager and the wider Australian Greenlife Group (AGG) team. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day sales execution, inventory data maintenance, electronic direct marketing (EDM), and order processing across all customer accounts (including Bunnings and Ambius).

Key responsibilities

• Process weekly store orders and forward allocations for key accounts, ensuring data is accurate prior to delivery schedules.

• Receive, review, and check weekly purchase orders/requisitions from key accounts (e.g., Ambius, Bunnings), flagging any required amendments or stock substitutions promptly.

• Maintain and update customer support portals and shared online files weekly (e.g., Bunnings Connect app, Ambius stock, forecast, and substitution files).

• Collaborate closely with the Key Account & Customer Service Manager and Business Managers to update and format weekly Mailchimp stock lists and high-quality product images.

• Ensure all weekly EDMs are finalised, accurate, and ready for publication to the customer database on schedule.

• Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the master stocktake file.

• Provide administrative support to Business Managers across the group during scheduled stocktakes to ensure data integrity between production and sales.

• Act as a primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and dispatch details.

• Prepare background data, sales records, and preliminary administrative materials to support the Key Account & Customer Service Manager in preparing monthly sales reports.

About you

• Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) or customer portals.

• High level of accuracy in data entry, order reconciliation, and file maintenance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal nursery managers, key account representatives, and retail customers.

• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with AGG company policies and NSW WHS legislation.
