About the role
Inspire. Empower. Educate. Join a School Where Learning Is Limitless. At our school, education goes beyond the curriculum. We’re committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every student can thrive. Our teaching philosophy centres on unlocking each child’s full learning potential by fostering curiosity, engagement, and a genuine love of discovery. We believe resilience begins with confidence—and confidence begins with feeling seen, heard, and encouraged. That’s why we nurture academic risk-taking, personal responsibility, and independent thinking in every classroom.
If you're the kind of educator who believes that learning is about more than just lessons—that it's about lighting a fire within—then you belong here.
We're looking for passionate changemakers who see the potential in every child and are driven to help them discover who they are and what they can achieve.
The Inclusion Teacher plays a vital role in supporting a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies, the Inclusion Teacher supports the diverse academic, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students across the school.
The role focuses on building teacher capability, supporting differentiated classroom practices, implementing adjustments, and promoting positive engagement and wellbeing for all students. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong relational skills, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to inclusive education and equitable outcomes for every learner.
Join us, and be part of something bigger: a community that's shaping bold, curious, and resilient learners—ready to thrive, lead, and leave their mark on the world.
