Doctor-owned and led, looking after the same community for 17 years. The patient base is largely Chinese background, with Mandarin and Cantonese spoken across the practice, so a bilingual GP would do well here.

The current doctors are at capacity and there are spare consulting rooms, so books are busy from day 1 with no wait on space. There's scope to book at 6 patients an hour if you want to be busy, so the earnings here are real rather than theoretical.
