Most owners disappear into an office. This one consults 4 days a week, runs the entire business himself, and is unusually good at the operational side. He's built systems around recalls, care plans and health assessments, and gives hands-on billing guidance so your days actually add up.

It's small and deliberately non-corporate. 3 doctors, 2 of them long-serving and well respected. Cases get discussed constantly, doctors cover for each other, and the newest GP asks for a second opinion whenever he needs one. Patients belong to the practice rather than getting fragmented between doctors, and the quality of care holds because of it.

100% bulk billing, structured deliberately around the triple incentive, serving a largely elderly community on healthcare and pension cards where close to every patient warrants a care plan. 20-minute appointments.

The practice has been in the same location more than 20 years. The current owner bought it 2 years ago because it was doing good work and would otherwise have closed. Annual Leave is not a fight either.

The offer

• Full or Part time available
• 70/30 split
• 6.5% bulk billing incentive paid to you on top of the split, quarterly
• 100% bulk billing, structured around the triple incentive
• Hands-on billing guidance from the owner

The work

• 20-minute appointments, 5 to 6 patients an hour
• Largely elderly community, healthcare and pension card holders
• Nearly every patient warrants a care plan
• Build up of around 2 to 3 months on a reopened and growing base

The site

• 3 consulting rooms, full-time nurse and treatment room
• On-site pathology, dietitian monthly
• Best Practice, Cubiko and AI scribing
• Systems built around recalls, care plans and health assessments
• Free on-site parking, designated space
