Disability Support Worker – WEDDERBERN, VIC

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Worker to provide daily in-home and community support for a participant located in Wedderbern VIC.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can provide consistent, high-quality care and companionship.

About the Role:
You will be supporting the participant with (cerebral palsy) with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Shift Details:

• 7.30am - 9.30am 4 days a week helping a participant at home.(excluding Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Participant transport in mornings
• Support with community access, walks, and social activities
• Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Caring, professional, and dependable nature
