About the business and the role

Brain and Body Health is a team of different therapists working together to help people get out of pain as well as help kids and adults with ADHD, ASD, concussions, stroke, etc. 

We need someone who is interested in health, has great communication skills, can think for themselves and likes to have fun at work. If this sounds like you keep reading.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will be integral with providing our patients with an enjoyable experience every time they walk in the door. Answering phones, booking appointments, taking eftpos/hicaps payments, entering transactions in our pos software and making sure everything balances at the end of your shift.
 

The most important part for you is to be a good communicator and conversationalist. The clinic can get very busy at times and having some light banter and a laugh in between patients is part of what makes our team great.

Our clinic is growing, we need someone who is motivated to help with some of the administrative/ team management tasks and is looking forward to a challenge.

Skills and experience

Any experience in business admin or as a medical receptionist is a bonus.

The tasks themselves are easy to learn which is why I'm more interested in who you are as a person rather than if you have worked in a health clinic before.

You need to have a car and to arrive on time. The clinic cant start without you and we pride ourselves on always running on time so don't be late!
