CIBO Espresso - Team Leader

We're on the lookout for casual Team Leaders to join our CIBO Espresso Network; who have a passion and understanding for coffee and strive to provide the best service to our customers!

This is a casual position up to 25 hours per week. We are looking for staff who are barista trained and are looking at developing their leadership skills within a fast paced, collaborative team environment!

What you'll bring:

• A can-do attitude
• Experience leading a team in a Café/ Hospitality environment is highly desirable
• Previous Barista experience is essential
• Reliability and punctuality are a must
• Friendly and independent team player and good communicator
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Available across weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster
