About the role

Tyrant 4x4 Accessories is seeking an experienced 4x4 Sales & Administration professional to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Northmead, NSW. This role is crucial to our business operations, combining customer-facing sales expertise with comprehensive administrative support. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing the complete sales cycle whilst maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of Tyrant 4x4 Accessories whilst developing your career in the automotive accessories industry.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales enquiries from customers, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations for 4x4 accessories

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and communicated to relevant departments

• Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking and customer correspondence

• Maintain detailed sales records and update the company database with transaction information

• Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines and post-sale support

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals based on customer requirements

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scheduling and telephone management

• Contribute to the maintenance of a professional and organised office environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales and administration roles, preferably within the automotive, retail or customer service sectors

• Strong knowledge of 4x4 vehicles, accessories and aftermarket products, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire this knowledge

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Experience with sales or CRM software

• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service excellence with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction

• Reliability, professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• A current valid driver's licence is essential
