Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Moorebank operation and lead a small team in a busy 3PL environment. This is a hands-on, floor-based leadership role for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows what it takes to keep freight/stock moving safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound and warehouse operations

• Operate forklifts as part of daily duties

• Lead and support a team of employees in a fast-paced environment

• Coordinate receiving, put-away, processing and dispatch

• Drive achievement of operational KPIs and service levels

• Manage labour allocation against daily freight volumes

• Champion strong WHS standards across the site

• Support inventory accuracy and process compliance

• Liaise with leadership and clients to meet expectations

About you

• Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)

• Experience in warehouse, freight and logistics operations

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and freight movement

• Experience with WMS and RF scanning systems

• A hands-on leader who works alongside the team

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Physically able to manage operational requirements such as loading and unloading of containers
