Team Leader Warehouse

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee a team of 5–6 warehouse staff while remaining actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a true working Team Lead role where you will coordinate tasks, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a small warehouse team across daily operations
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and replenishment activities
• Operate forklifts and LO equipment where required
• Ensure stock is handled accurately and safely
• Monitor productivity and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse team leader or senior warehouse role
• Experience across all core warehousing functions
• LO Licence or willingness to obtain one
• Current forklift experience and licence preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational standards
