Principal Consultant - HR, Talent & WHS

Continuing to grow our Troocoo team, we are now looking for an experienced recruitment consultant within the HR recruitment market, or a seasoned recruitment professional, looking to make a career move into the HR market sector with the support of Troocoo.

About the role:

• As a key member of our team, you will partner with clients and candidates across the Queensland HR market, delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions with a high level of professionalism, diligence and care.
• Leveraging existing and expanding into new Troocoo client relationships, this role will deliver real long-term value as a partner in recruitment strategies and outcomes.
• Developing a genuine understanding of each client's organisation, culture, leadership team and business objectives, to help inform your recruitment processes and decisions.
• Provide clients with insights and informed advice on the HR, Talent & WHS market.
• Contribute to Troocoo HR industry events with the support of the Founders, HR and marketing teams.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience, from initial engagement through to placement and beyond, this role will nurture the HR candidate network as a trusted advisor.

   About you:

• You will demonstrate a track record of delivering strong recruitment outcomes for clients and will have a highly consultative approach to your recruitment methodology and process.
• You will have a genuine passion for candidate care and experience in everything you do day-to-day.
• You will have the ability to understand both technical capability and the softer attributes that determine success through a process.
• A consistent and highly professional approach to your recruitment delivery, with a high level of transparency, integrity and confidentiality.
• You will have an ability to influence, navigate role complexities, build on new client relationships, and offer insights and market trends for clients to help support recruitment decisions.
• You will demonstrate ‘people first’ and ‘team first’ behaviors, working as an active key member of the Troocoo team in support of business growth and collaboration.
