Talent Quarter is growing – and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare and community division.

We’re a values-led, ISO-accredited recruitment partner delivering permanent, contract, locum and perm staffing solutions across Australia. Our focus is quality, compliance and long-term partnerships – not volume at any cost.

The Role

This is high quality service focused recruitment position where you will:

• Build and manage client relationships
• Source, screen and place healthcare or community professionals
• Deliver permanent and/or contract placements
• Provide workforce solutions and market insight
• Maintain strong compliance and service standards

About You

You will bring:

• Proven agency recruitment experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A commercial mindset with integrity
• Drive, resilience and accountability
• Healthcare recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential.

We’d particularly love to hear from former physiotherapists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals now working in recruitment or talent acquisition.
