Are you ready to make a difference in healthcare recruitment? Join our vibrant team in Brisbane and play a key role in maintaining and developing the Travel Nurse candidate database, aligned with Healthcare Australia (HCA)’s client needs, code of conduct, and procedures.

You'll help ensure the efficient and successful recruitment of high calibre nurses, converting client demand into filled contracts. You'll also contribute to a positive candidate experience and work collaboratively on initiatives that optimise resources and drive meaningful results.

Day to day, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey

• Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks, and documentation

• Keep systems updated and actively contribute to recruitment process improvements
