Food & Beverage All-Rounder

Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment? We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join the Majestic Hotels team, with Permanent Part-Time and Casual opportunities available.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two of our hospitality venues:

• Cottage Kitchen – our popular restaurant located in North Adelaide

• Culshaw's Restaurant – delivering quality dining experiences within our Majestic Hotels portfolio

No two shifts are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work across à la carte dining, bar service, functions and events, and café-style service while being part of a supportive and professional team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing warm, professional service and ensuring our guests receive exceptional hospitality every time they visit.

This is a true all-rounder role, requiring flexibility to work across a variety of food and beverage operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.

• Provide professional à la carte food and beverage service.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Prepare quality espresso coffee and café beverages.

• Assist with the setup, service and pack down of functions and events.

• Operate POS systems and accurately process cash and EFTPOS transactions.

• Maintain clean, organised and well-presented dining, bar and function areas.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house teams to deliver seamless service.

• Comply with food safety, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Work Health & Safety requirements.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.

To be successful, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Attendant role within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.

• Experience in à la carte dining service.

• Bar experience, including preparation of alcoholic beverages.

• Barista experience and confidence using commercial coffee machines.

• Experience handling cash and using POS systems.

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
