About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an efficient and professional Food Services Assistants to join our Food Services Team at our Moran Kellyville home.

Part time opportunity available!

Shift schedule: Week 1: 14:30pm to 19:30pm Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Week 2: 14:30pm to 19:30pm Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday 06:30am to 14:30pm

Causal role also available!

You will work with motivated and diverse people in modern facilities where you will be enabled to develop your skills. You will work with a great team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. Moran offers a rewarding work environment consisting of modern facilities and equipment.

Key Duties

Plating food at mealtimesPreparing food under the direction of ChefKeeping your assigned work area clean ready for handover to the next shiftRestocking supplies and receive goodsRecording temperatures, complete checklistsMaintaining personal hygiene standardsWorking as a member of the Food Services teams

Skills/Requirements

Interested in food, nutrition, or general well-being and their benefitsInterested in working as part of a team in a kitchen environmentA person who takes pride in what they doFood Safety or Food Handling Certificate highly desirableMust have a valid work permit and a current police checkCurrent Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
