Production Meat Worker (Knife Hand / Butcher)

Work Hours: 4.00am to 12:06 pm. Full Time - Permanent

What are the role responsibilities?

This role would be responsible, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Cutting/trimming meat to customer specifications

• Large scale fresh meat handling

• Maintaining high levels of hygiene

• Operate required machinery/equipment autonomously

• Demonstrating good safety practices

• Other related activities as required by team lead

Who are we looking for?

• Good interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Knife handling skills

• Experience in food manufacturing industry
