About the role
As a Health Informatics Trainer, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality health informatics training across CHQ HHS. In this role, you will ensure education and training initiatives are delivered at an appropriate level to support the effective use of digital health systems, enabling clinicians and staff to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality health services.
About The Team
Designs and delivers training for clinical systems, making sure it fits with how healthcare is delivered and based on the best practices. Create training plans, schedules, and reports. Develops easy-to-understand materials for both clinical and non-clinical staff, using proven teaching methods. They work with different departments to understand training needs and solve any challenges that come up.
Clinical Practice
About the Role
Demonstrated high level of knowledge, expertise and skill in clinical pharmacy.Demonstrated ability to provide clinical advice to professional and project members regarding service delivery and improvement opportunities.Demonstrated ability to apply problem-solving skills to manage complex tasks, with appropriate escalation to manager/s.Paediatric experience highly desirable but not essential.

Demonstrated ability to provide feedback, information and advice to stakeholders history of actively participating in team or ward work.Team player that offers to help others as appropriate and seeks out opportunities to learn.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team or ward environment.Provides succinct detailed or summarised presentation of information to team members and managers as required.
Leadership
The ability to initiate, plan and evaluate local service improvement initiatives and provide clinical supervision to less experienced staff and students.
