// What You'll Be Doing ///

Hot dental implant leads are texting us right now, waiting for a callback. That call is the job.

18 to 25 conversations a day. Every lead reached out to us first. Every lead wants to talk. No cold calling, ever. You take them from interested to booked.

Five days a week. Eight hours a day. Hours sit inside Australian calling windows.

Our current callers book 12+ appointments a day inside an 8 hour shift.

12 appointments a day = $300K AUD a year.

That's the benchmark. Pure commission. No base. No safety net. Just reward for results.

(NOTE: while you're training, we pay you hourly until your pipeline is full, then you go to full commission)

Get Dental Implants. Ten years in the dental marketing industry. A close-knit team of twelve, all remote, all top performers.

Leads are warm and want to talk to you. The service converts. Training, process, and systems are dialled. You step in, learn the playbook, and stay obsessed with hitting your targets. Do that, and you'll succeed.

/// Who We're Looking For ///

This role is for one specific person. Both must be true.

1. You are currently in a commission sales role earning $120K to $150K+, and you can prove it. Not base. Commissions. You are not chasing a job. You are chasing a bigger ceiling and an environment that gives you a better lifestyle.

2. You are wired for the phone. 18 to 25 conversations a day, five days a week, and you love it. Hot leads, but you still have to close them. Stamina on the phone is non-negotiable. Hitting targets is what you live for.

You work like you own the business. Autonomous. High standards. You do what the day asks for, every day, without being managed.

Bonus, not required, but would be ideal: a long-term call centre track record. You've already proven you can sit on the phone for 8 hours a day and keep hitting numbers year after year.
