We’re looking for a motivated, confident Sales Closer who knows how to seal the deal and convert quality leads into paying clients.

About the Role

• No lead generation required. We provide both cold and warm leads — your job is to make the call and close the sale.

• Hourly rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

• Commission: 5% per closed lead — uncapped earning potential from $50,400 in commissions.

• Type: Casual / Contractor

• Location: Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contacting inbound and outbound leads (phone, SMS, and social media)

• Building quick rapport and trust with potential clients

• Understanding their vehicle needs and offering the perfect detailing or ceramic coating package

• Following up with interested clients to close the sale

• Reporting weekly results and progress

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or closing experience (preferably in high-ticket or service-based industries)

• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence

• Self-motivated and hungry to exceed weekly targets

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow-ups

• Familiarity with automotive or detailing industries is a bonus
