About the role
Recruiter
Fixed Term (5 months October to February) • Hybrid • Perth, WA
Perth Festival is your summer invitation to otherworldly experiences. We’re a not-for-profit multi-arts festival that brings world-class performance, music, film, visual arts and literary events to Perth, Western Australia, every summer.
We are Australia’s longest-running arts festival. For more than 70 years we have celebrated Perth, its people and its culture on the shores of the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River). Founded by The University of Western Australia and grounded on Noongar Boodjar, we are uniquely placed to celebrate the oldest living cultures in the world by championing rich Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions alongside bold contemporary arts practice.

Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, fixed-term, casual and Festival workforce positions, partnering with managers across the organisation to attract, select and retain high-quality, diverse talent.
This hybrid role offers 76 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE) over a 5-month fixed term, a great opportunity to bring your recruitment expertise to a purpose-driven, not-for-profit organisation with deep cultural significance to Western Australia.
