As the dedicated HR lead for our Wetherill Park site, you'll have the autonomy to influence outcomes, drive people initiatives and support a workforce that keeps one of Australia's leading food manufacturing businesses moving.

Supported by an experienced HR leadership team, you'll be empowered to build capability, broaden your experience and make a genuine difference.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with site operational leaders to provide practical HR advice and support
• Managing employee relations, investigations,  performance and workplace matters
• Coaching leaders to build capability and confidence
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
• Partnering with WHS on safety, wellbeing and return-to-work initiatives
• Driving engagement, culture and people improvement initiatives across the site

Who We’re Looking For

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and building strong relationships with leaders.

You may currently be:

• An HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity with greater ownership and visibility
• A Senior HR Advisor who is already partnering closely with leaders and ready to broaden their impact
• An experienced HR professional seeking a hands-on role within a dynamic operational environment
