What You'll Be DoingPartnering with site operational leaders to provide practical HR advice and supportManaging employee relations, investigations, performance and workplace mattersCoaching leaders to build capability and confidenceSupporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activitiesPartnering with WHS on safety, wellbeing and return-to-work initiativesDriving engagement, culture and people improvement initiatives across the site
