Automotive Aftercare Consultant

Barbagallo is proud to represent an exceptional portfolio of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, and we are seeking an experienced Aftercare Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling a range of aftercare products, enhancing vehicle protection and overall ownership satisfaction across Volvo, Polestar, and Leapmotor. You may also be required to support the broader Aftercare team with other brands as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Present and sell a range of automotive aftercare products, including extended warranties, paint protection, interior protection and window tinting

• Provide advice and tailored recommendations to customers based on their needs

• Collaborate closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless handover process

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the premium brands we represent

Working Hours:

• Monday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

• Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

• Wednesday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (except once every three weeks till 7.00pm)

• Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

• Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

• Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm

Note: You will be required to work until 7:00 pm on Wednesdays once every three weeks as part of a rotation. On all other Wednesdays, your shift will finish at 5:30 pm.

Exprience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar aftercare, F&I, or automotive sales role

• Demonstrated success in achieving dealership sales targets

• Experience with aftercare product suppliers and application processes

• Full Australian working rights

• Western Australian driver's licence
