Finish the Caloundra apartment job. Walk straight onto a 39-townhouse build you will run by yourself.

This is a director-led Tier 3 multi-residential and townhouse builder with nearly two decades of delivery across South East Queensland. You will babysit the demo, piling platform and piling rig on a two-basement Caloundra apartment project until early 2027, then move across to run a $16 million, 39-townhouse build at Buderim over 15 to 16 months.

The townhouse job is yours: mid to high-range spec, open site, basic build, repeat subbies they have worked with before, and a leading hand already confirmed. The current site manager on the Caloundra job will oversee both projects with you, so you have backup when you need it but autonomy day to day. The builder operates with direct communication, minimal red tape, and a pipeline that keeps project teams together from one build to the next.

You'll jump in and help oversee the early works on an Apartments project in Caloundra, before getting your teeth into your own project

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 + Super

What you need:

- Demonstrated townhouse experience running a build independently from start to finish

- Experience on Tier 2/3 multi-residential or townhouse projects valued between $10 million and $30 million

- Confidence managing client communication on privately funded developments
