As a Residential Site Supervisor, you’ll manage approximately 16–20 homes concurrently across Moreton Bay and surrounding estates.

The majority of homes are valued between $300,000 and $400,000, with a mix of first-home buyer, investor, upgrader and company-developed builds. Sites are clustered within the local area, helping minimise unnecessary travel.

You’ll take ownership of your projects from construction commencement through to practical completion and handover, working closely with the Construction Manager, trades, suppliers and construction administration team.

The internal administration team handles regular client communication, allowing you to focus on construction delivery, site quality and keeping your builds progressing.

• Managing multiple residential builds at different stages of construction

• Coordinating trades, suppliers, materials and construction schedules

• Ensuring projects meet quality, safety and programme expectations

• Conducting regular site inspections and resolving issues as they arise

• Providing site updates and progress photos to the administration team

• Managing client inspections, practical completions and handovers

• Holding trades accountable for quality, timing and site standards

• Reporting directly to the Construction Manager

• Taking ownership of project outcomes and keeping builds on schedule

• 3–5+ years’ experience with a volume residential home builder

• Proven experience managing multiple residential builds concurrently

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing

• The ability to coordinate and manage trades effectively

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects

• A positive, team-first attitude

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• A construction trade background

• Experience using Buildxact, SharePoint or similar systems

• An established network of reliable residential trades

A trade background is preferred but is not essential for the right candidate.

• Salary package of up to $135,000 + super
