Site Supervisor - Residential

Living Gems is looking for our newest Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our Burpengary East project!

This is a hands-on site leadership role in a high-volume residential construction environment.

Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within a 12–16 week construction cycle - so keeping trades organised, productive and moving from one home to the next is critical.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will help oversee and manage:

• Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction
• Contractors, labourers and plant operators
• Site set-up, framing and through to handover, depending on your experience
• Scheduling and coordination through Onsite Companion
• Site productivity, quality and safety

You'll be the person who keeps the site moving, be solving problems, coordinating people and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen and what's required to get it done.

You'll be a confident construction professional who enjoys being on the ground, leading people and getting things done.

You will need:

• A relevant trade qualification (carpentry preferred)
• A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Proven experience in volume/production residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid OH&S knowledge and commitment to safety
• Confidence using construction technology and software
• A valid driver's licence
• To have a proactive, practical and hands-on approach.
