SUMMARY
The Parts, Garments & Accessories (PG&A) Administrator is responsible for providing support to motorcycle dealerships of all brands and internal staff in a professional and ethical manner for the purposes of PG&A Interpreting, telemarketing, processing orders, inbound Shipping administration and any other services related to the PG&A division, while also providing a focus to specified product ranges with regards to sales analysis and dealer communications.

 In addition, as part of their role they will be responsible for providing support to the Operations Team Leader in maintaining and processing all related duties required in the supply of PG&A for all KTM Australia’s brands including:

• Managing Stock Levels

• Placement of purchase orders

• System maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum five years relevant or significant on the job experience in Motorcycle or Automotive Industry.

• Experience with Parts Interpretation and electronic Parts catalogues.

• Ability to confidently use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with PG&A Dealer phone & email enquiries

• Interpret customer needs & orders, process orders

• Provide high level of service to dealers, customers and internal staff

• Assist with achieving PG&A Department monthly & annual targets for sales & gross profit

• Attend and support key PG&A related events and marketing initiatives when requested

• Assist with sales forecasting

• Administer ordering, sales, pricing, marketing and introduction to dealer network of a PG&A product category as allocated by National Manager, with the relevant internal KTM staff

• Provide competitor market analysis of pricing

• Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism as laid down by company policies, the Motor Dealers Act and other legislation

• Complete inventory or operational related requests from In-line Material & Operations Team Leader as and when required

• Processing of PG&A shipping documents from the factory and other suppliers

• Placement of purchase orders, including weekly air freights and when required, monthly sea freights.

• Load, update and maintenance of factory ETA’s

• Maintenance of inbound shipment database

• Maintenance of SAP open transactions.

• Preparation and administration of PG&A dealer communication

• Organise stock adjustments as required with 3PL

• Update Monday.com shipping schedules and coordinate container deliveries

• Liaison and follow up to 3PL warehouse on put away KPI’s when not being met

• Provide assistance with product planning duties as requested by management. 

• Fulfil any objectives and tasks set by PG&A Manager, and any other duties as required by your manager
