About the Role
Reporting to the Parts and Accessories Manager, this is a hands-on position that plays a key role in keeping our parts department running smoothly.
This role is primarily focused on dispatch (approx. 60%), while also supporting our retail parts counters (approx. 40%) during busy periods. Ideal for someone who enjoys both behind the scenes operations and customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing parts, including receipting, storage and dispatch.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
• Supplying costs of spare parts on repair orders.
• Maintain stock control and assist with regular stocktakes.
• Support the retail parts counter and team when required.
• Contribute to a well-organised, efficient and customer-focused department.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in dispatch, warehousing, or parts (automotive/motorcycle/truck preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident supporting both operational and customer-facing tasks
• A team player who can also work independently
• Passion for motorcycles or the automotive industry (highly regarded)
