What are we looking for?
  
Infinity is seeking a Site Manager in Sydney where you will work with the Project Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.
  
A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

• Minimum of 8 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor with Design and Construct experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods
• Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.
• Competency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
