SummaryHII - Australia is seeking a Sustainment Integration Lead (Enterprise / Transition) to join the team! This opportunity will be based out of Canberra, Australia. This position will coordinate transition and integration activities across Collins sustainment and SSN readiness, maintaining operational stability while enabling a controlled, authority-gated transition to the future model.Key Responsibilities:Support authority-gated transition execution.Integrate Collins sustainment and SSN readiness activities.Track cross-cutting dependencies (workforce, regulatory, industrial, schedule).Ensure transition activities maintain operational stability.Coordinate cross-division reporting and integration.What you need to have:6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.8+ years in program integration, transition management, or complex system coordination.Experience supporting submarine sustainment programs, ideally US SSN/VCS.Demonstrated ability to manage:Cross-functional dependencies (workforce, schedule, regulatory, industrial).Strong stakeholder coordination skills across government, industry, and military organisations.Experience maintaining operations during major transformation or transition programs.Bonus points for:Experience in AUKUS, submarine transition, or new enterprise stand-up efforts.Familiarity with either legacy fleet sustainment (e.g., Collins-type) and SSN transition pathways.Background in program controls, risk management, or enterprise reporting.Exposure to multinational defence collaboration environments.
