Our General Practice, based in Carnegie, has been in business for over 40 years and plays an integral part in providing healthcare to the community. We're currently on the lookout for a new admin superstar to join our team 12-15hrs per week with potential to progress! As our ideal candidate, you should be a team player, motivated, and able to think on your feet!

Must be willing to work some Saturdays
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel
Desirable but not essential you may also possess
Some basic IT troubleshooting knowledge or skills
Some prior admin / customer service experience
Some knowledge of medical terminology
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our doctors
Liaise with management
Provide basic tech troubleshooting
Book appointments
Answer phones
Be able to multi-task
Stay calm under pressure
Keep work area clean and tidy
Be a team player!
