Expression of Interest – Cleaning Subcontractors

CleanPro Group is expanding and is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and reliable cleaning subcontractors to support our growing operations across Melbourne.

We are looking to partner with professional subcontractors who take pride in delivering high-quality, consistent and reliable cleaning services across commercial and industrial environments.

About the Opportunity

As a CleanPro Group subcontractor, you may be engaged to provide cleaning services across various client sites throughout Melbourne. Work may include scheduled services, additional project work, emergency call-outs and short-notice coverage.

We are particularly interested in subcontractors who are flexible and have the capacity to respond when additional support is required.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered, subcontractors must have:

• $20 million Public Liability Insurance
• Current WorkCover insurance/registration, where applicable
• Current Labour Hire Licence, where required
• Valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
• Reliable own transport and a current driver's licence
• Ability to provide appropriately trained and experienced cleaning personnel
• Flexibility to assist with emergency call-outs and short-notice work
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Ability to consistently meet client specifications and cleaning standards
• Strong communication and reliability

What We Are Looking For

We want to build long-term relationships with subcontractors who are professional, responsive and committed to quality.

You should be able to manage your own workforce, maintain appropriate compliance documentation and ensure your team represents CleanPro Group professionally while attending client sites.

Experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning and food manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
