Overview
Delmonte is a new Italian wine room and restaurant recently opened within the King & Godfree building, on the corner of Lygon and Faraday Street, in the heart of Carlton.

The venue is part of a broader hospitality precinct, alongside Garfield Pizzeria, Johnny’s Green Room and Pidapipo, bringing together multiple experiences within one location.

Delmonte is a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant with a strong wine offering and a flexible service style across lunch and dinner.

We are seeking experienced hospitality leaders to help deliver the opening and ongoing performance of the venue. This is an opportunity to join a structured, fast-paced environment with clear standards, strong leadership and long-term growth potential.

You’ll be part of the opening leadership group, helping shape the venue, the service culture and the guest experience from the ground up.

We are hiring across:

• Assistant Restaurant Managers – driving daily service, team leadership and execution

• Supervisors – hands-on floor leaders setting the tone each service

• Launching a premium new Italian venue in the King & Godfree building
• Helping bring energy and identity to an iconic Melbourne site
• Working within a large, dynamic front-of-house team
• Delivering polished, warm and consistent service
• Building a venue guests connect with and return to

Across all roles:
• Experience in quality, fast-paced hospitality environments
• Strong service standards and attention to detail
• Leadership presence and professionalism on the floor
• A positive attitude and commitment to team culture
• A genuine interest in hospitality and guest experience

For senior roles:
• Strong operational and commercial understanding
• Experience with rostering, labour control and performance
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
