About Hurex Trade

Hurex Trade is an Australian export trading company specialising in premium Australian food and beverage products. We work with manufacturers across Australia and supply customers throughout Asia, particularly Korea and Japan.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Junior Export Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in international trade and export operations.

About the Role

Working closely with our Export Officer and Director, you will assist in the day-to-day coordination of export orders from Australia to overseas customers.

You don't need years of export experience—we're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating export orders from purchase through to shipment

• Preparing export and shipping documentation

• Liaising with Australian suppliers and overseas customers

• Following up production schedules and deliveries

• Coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers

• Maintaining accurate records and order tracking

• Preparing quotations and supporting customer enquiries

• Assisting with inventory management and product samples

• General administration to support the export team

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent written and spoken English

• Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

• Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems

• Is reliable and takes ownership of their work

• Has strong communication skills

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

• Can work independently while also being a supportive team member

Previous experience in exports, logistics, freight forwarding, international trade or administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
