Export Logistics Officer

Getting those products to our customers takes much more than booking freight. It requires exceptional organisation, attention to detail, clear communication and people who enjoy solving problems.

We’re looking for an Export Logistics Officer to join our Supply Chain team.

You don’t need years of export logistics experience to succeed in this role. If you’ve built strong organisational skills in logistics, administration, customer service, supply chain or another detail-focused environment, we’ll provide the training to help you become an expert in our export processes.

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our Supply Chain team, you’ll:

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Prepare and review export documentation
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers and transport providers
• Monitor time-critical shipments
• Communicate with customers and internal teams
• Solve logistics problems before they become bigger issues
• Continuously improve the way we work

Experience in logistics, administration, supply chain, customer service, freight forwarding or export coordination would all be valuable.

Previous export logistics experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
